Behind the find
Fatal Frame began in Japan as Zero, released by Tecmo for PlayStation 2 on December 13, 2001. The Japanese horror adventure series centers on confronting ghosts with a special camera.
The camera can reveal things invisible to ordinary sight. In Maiden of Black Water, photographing spirits repels and seals them, while supernatural images can also provide clues during exploration.
VideogameCraftShop offers the Fatal Frame cover-art keychain display shown in its first photo. The seller describes the same laminated image on both sides inside a clear acrylic case, about 3.75 × 2.50 inches, with a nickel-chromed ring measuring 1.25 inches. The case may have light scuffing. Other display designs and the PS2 case in later gallery photos are reference examples and are not included.
